As an experienced childbirth and parenting educator for Her Health Women’s Center, Nicole offers private classes on pregnancy, breastfeeding and related courses to parents who are wanting to prepare for their own childbirth experience. Parents will discover birth as a biologically normal event, not a procedure; and explore making informed decisions with their care team. Nicole also offers relaxing, hands-on comfort techniques classes which is beneficial to all expecting parents, even those who anticipate utilizing medical interventions like an epidural.
